Darryl Tracy’s Class Description:
Darryl’s Movement/Dance Class is a physical and sensorial adventure taking all participants from a more internal landscape and then delving into building physical task-based relationships with gravity, with space, with music and musicality – and – challenging habits and tendencies. Darryl facilitates the class to give participants permission to explore within ones comfort level (all abilities welcome). Participants will have set exercises and also facilitated improvisational scores. The class explores agility, coordination, articulation, expressivity, and sensory awareness. Discovery and fun are at the heart of the class.
Bonnie Kim’s Class Description:
Bonnie’s class will get you moving! Encouraging imagination, fluidity, dynamic physicality, sensory and spatial awareness, she promotes a generous space of playful engagement and dialogue. Bring your curiosity, she’ll bring the awesome tunes!
