Tickets to our productions held in our Winchester Street Theatre can be purchased on our website or by calling TDT’s box office at (416) 967-1365, xt. 23 with a MasterCard or a Visa Credit Card. American Express cannot be accepted.
For productions at other performing arts venues, tickets will likely have to be purchased through their box office. In this scenario, please check the specific show or event listing on our website where it will indicate where to purchase tickets.
For stage productions, keep an eye on discounted rates for arts workers, students, and seniors ages 65 and up. We kindly ask that students bring valid Student ID when picking up their tickets at the box office, and arts workers have proof of eligibility on hand. Arts workers include professional artists, technical/production professionals, and arts administrators.
All tickets are final sale, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for other TDT productions or seasons. However, as we follow COVID-19 guidelines, if you’re experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19, tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of the event you’re attending, or were in close contact with someone who tested positive with the 14 days, please email TDT’s box office at email@example.com or call (416) 967-1365 x23 and we may be able to transfer to a later performance, if applicable.
When you purchase your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email with your tickets to download. On the day of the performance, please have a digital or printed copy of your tickets ready to present to staff when you arrive.

The box office and lobby will open 45 minutes prior to the performance start time. Doors to the theatre will open about 10-15 minutes before the show starts.
Latecomers cannot be permitted once the doors close and performance begins. No exceptions. We recommend aiming to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the show. We cannot refund or exchange tickets if you arrive late or a miss the performance you had tickets for.
It is general admission for all productions at our Winchester Street Theatre. We recommend arriving at least 15-20 minutes prior to the performance if you have a seating preference.
During this time as we follow health and safety recommendations around COVID-19, all tickets must be purchased in advance. We will not be able to sell tickets at the door.
