Two dancers are moving on the floor of a studio, and you can see their reflections shimmer across the floor. The dancer on the left is further back and has lifted herself into a backwards bridge, holding herself up with one arm and the other arm partially covering her face. The other dancer is closer to the camera, sitting on his shins while putting his hands on the ground in front of him and looking down. Yoga with Angelica Rao

Pay-What-You-Can

Angelica Rao is a local yoga teacher. You can find out more about her at www.angelicarao.com

These yoga classes will combine the strengthening qualities of an active vinyasa flow practice with the healing, restorative qualities of yoga nidra. For the first hour of practice we build inner heat and strength and create space for energy to flow and for the final 30min of the class, you will be guided into a deep savasana meditation in which you explore staying conscious while the brain waves slip into a sleepy state. This class will leave you feeling rejuvenated, grounded & open for all the dancing you will be doing over the week. Whether you’ve practiced many times before or if this is your first class, all are welcome.
