WHERE CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS?
Tickets to our productions held in our Winchester Street Theatre can be purchased on our website or by calling TDT’s box office at (416) 967-1365, xt. 23 with a MasterCard or a Visa Credit Card.
For our annual productions at the Fleck Dance Theatre, tickets have to be purchased through Harbourfront Centre’s box office. You can book those tickets by visiting their website, calling their box office at (416) 973-4000, or visiting in person (235 Queens Quay West, Toronto). HOW CAN I SAVE ON TICKETS?
If you’re planning to see multiple shows during a season, becoming a Subscriber is an excellent way to save some dollars while still experiencing all that TDT has to offer. We offer Full Season and flexible House Deal subscription packages.
For every production, we offer discounted rates for arts workers, students, and seniors ages 65 and up. We kindly ask that students bring valid Student ID when picking up their tickets at the box office, and arts workers have proof of eligibility on hand. Arts workers include professional artists, technical/production professionals, and arts administrators.
CAN I REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY TICKETS?
All tickets are final sale, non-transferable between performances, and cannot be exchanged for other TDT productions. If you are a TDT Subscriber, you can exchange your tickets to another performance within the same production -please email email@example.com to switch performances or call (416) 967-1365.
I PURCHASED MY TICKET. WHAT’S NEXT?
When you purchase your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email with your tickets attached. On the day of the performance, please have a digital or printed copy of your tickets ready to present to staff when you arrive.
Please note: when purchasing your ticket, you are providing implicit consent to TDT’s emails and you are automatically subscribed to our email list. You may choose to unsubscribe at anytime or you can email firstname.lastname@example.org to update your communication preferences.
WHEN DOES THE BOX OFFICE AND THEATRE OPEN?
The box office and lobby will open 45 minutes prior to the performance start time. Doors to the theatre will open about 10-15 minutes before the show starts.
CAN I STILL GO IN IF I ARRIVE LATE?
Latecomers cannot be permitted once the doors close and performance begins. No exceptions. We recommend aiming to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the show. We cannot refund or exchange tickets if you arrive late or a miss the performance you had tickets for.
IS IT ASSIGNED SEATING?
It is general admission for all productions at our Winchester Street Theatre. We recommend arriving at least 15-20 minutes prior to the performance if you have a seating preference. Our annual production at Harbourfront Centre’s Fleck Dance Theatre is assigned seating.
ARE THERE TICKETS FOR SALE AT THE DOOR?
We do recommend purchasing your tickets in advance, but if the performance is not sold out, tickets will be available for sale at the door.
When it is a sold out performance, we will have a waiting list at the door for rush tickets (at regular prices). Five minutes before the performance starts, if there are tickets that will go unclaimed, we will sell those tickets to the people on the waiting list. We recommend arriving about 30-20 minutes before the show to add your name to the list.
