The Fourth DECADE

1998 - 2007

TDT’s fourth decade was a time of renaissance, with an adventurous new company of dancers and significant changes to the company’s creative vision. Christopher House commissioned work from more than a dozen forward-thinking choreographers during this time, and himself produced a series of complex full-length works that included text, digital video, original scores, and collaborations with visual artists, the world of design and fashion and with indie pop band The Hidden Cameras. The company’s Canadian touring was revitalized and international engagements included a six-city tour of India and performances in New York City and at the Royal Opera House in London, England.
