Toronto Dance Theatre (TDT) is thrilled to present the world premiere of Up Until Now…, a newly commissioned work from the iconic American choreographer Deborah Hay. This full-length work for eleven dancers runs at the Winchester Street Theatre from January 29-February 7, 2009 and will showcase Hay’s absolutely unique choreographic signature.
Up Until Now… is a rare opportunity for Toronto audiences to witness the work of one of the world’s most important dance experimentalists. Hay is acknowledged by both international critics and historians as one of the most relevant and influential representatives of post-modern dance. Up Until Now… promises to be a major event in Toronto’s dance calendar.
